The Cause The Rediscovery 10K provides an opportunity for the community to engage in a charity event to help support NRRF in its continued efforts to improve the quality of life for individuals with brain injuries. Through programs and services specifically designed for individuals with brain injuries, NRRF challenges individuals to rediscover themselves and their potential by maximizing their cognitive, physical, and psychosocial independence. Join us this year as we celebrate the successes of individuals with brain injuries and their families.

Packet Packet pick-up will be on race day between 6:00am and

Pick-Up 7:45am at the West Potomac Park event site. Packets will

contain event T-shirt, race number and other sponsor-

donated goodies

Awards Awards ceremony will immediately follow the race at

approximately 9:45am. Prizes will also be awarded to the

top three teams. Random prizes will be given out during the

ceremony. All participants are eligible.

Course This flat fast course is USATF-certified (DC03003JS) and takes

runners alongside the Potomac River, around the tip of Haines

Point, and through West and East Potomac Parks. The 1 Mile

Run/Walk begins and ends at West Potomac Park.
