Home      About Us

Rehabilitation is about education.  Education is about learning who you are and how you thrive within the world around you.

NRRF offers programs and services to increase independence and improve self-esteem.

The National Rehabilitation & Rediscovery Foundation, Inc. (NRRF) was established in 1996 to provide an array of programs and services to meet the unmet needs of individuals with brain injuries.  To that end, NRRF President and Founder, Dr. Marianne Talbot, developed a unique combination of programs and services that balance an individual's strengths while challenging them to learn new skills and compensatory strategies to assist with their deficits post injury.

Developing the dance/movement and neuromuscular training programs, for example, provides individuals the opportunity to be creative and demonstrate their stengths while also challenging their cognitive, physical, and psychosocial abilities through a bodily-kinesthetic approach.

Our Philosophy

Here is the dance of life we face each day of our lives:
You have a disappointment; it is a slight death;
You have a moment of recovery from the performance, it is an entrance.
You enter into life once again, into the stream.
Nothing really begins ... it just continues
